Born September 19, 1984 in Portland, Oregon, Amanda always dreamed of being a model. Keeping her dreams in mind, she plans on remaining in Oregon until she finishes school. Having an education is very important to this 5 foot 8 inch blonde bombshell. Being open-minded is her strategy to succeed in the fashion industry along with her determination to go to any length to further her career. Like many models before Amanda, she was just living her life as a typical, young teenager when a model scout noticed her. Her agency then sent pictures to IMG Modeling Agency in New York City and the rest is history.     While Amanda has not been in the modeling business for very long, she has a great appreciation for it. Her future is wide open and she is excited to be able to travel and meet new people. She looks forward to moving to New York to pursue her childhood dream and become a full-time model. Her sex appeal is undeniable, and those beautiful green eyes are sure to make anyone's heart melt. The fashion world had better start preparing for Amanda because she is determined to conquer it all. But don't expect this youngster to take anything for granted. She is thankful for all of the great opportunities that have come to her in the past year. Her greatest accomplishment was when Paul Marciano, co-chairman and co-chief executive officer of GUESS?, had taken an interest in this unknown model. Being a part of the GUESS? Fall 2001 advertising campaign would kick-start her career with the tremendous exposure she was about to receive.   "I loved working with GUESS?, it was fun and relaxing and I was able to just be myself." Amanda exclaimed. She wants to be like everyone else, but that's going to be impossible as the stars shine in her eyes and she gets ready for a long, bright future ahead of her.
