Yahoo!'s Model of the Month Diana Gartner Brought to you by GUESS? Interactive. "Everything was nice and normal and quiet...", explains Diana Gartner when she describes her life in her hometown in rural Germany. Lately however, the life of this 5'11" twenty year old model has been anything but normal, especially since she is one of two female models featured in the Fall '97 GUESS? advertising campaign, shot by world renowned photographer Dah Len. Discovered one day by an agent from Metropolitan Modeling in a pizzeria on Paris, blond hair, blue eyed Diana Gartner decided to take a chance on modeling and her chance paid off. Her first modeling job was in a L'Oreal hair commercial and she has worked steadily since that time. Diana considers an education a top priority and while she appreciates the opportunities that have come her way, she is glad fate presented her career when it did, as she believes modeling before getting an education may have been a mistake. Diana currently resides in Paris where she likes to wander the city. However as the possessor of a motorcycle license, she hopes to someday add riding her motorcycle to her list of things to do in her off-time.
